Stage 6 – La Vuelta completed

Today was tough as I struggled to get into a rhythm and pretty much suffered all day… just couldn’t find that spark. We climbed +700meters in the first 40km which set the tone for the rest of the day. None of the climbs were extra challenging like those tomorrow, profile pic attached, and in future stages my body just didn’t want to work. Meeting locals is great, they are genuinely interested and love cycling. Some of the villages were amazing especially the classic storybook village surrounded by walls and castle on top. I’ll regroup and recover tonight and tackle tomorrow’s big mountain stage with more energy and positivity.

Tomorrow is 184km from Onda to Mas de la Costa with mega mountains along the way… checkout the final climb.
